Avoid using this location if you can! The workers are INCREDIBLY rude. Each time Ive had a problem, theyve talked down to me like I dont understand, talk over you while youre trying to explain your situation, or completely ignore anything you say, its your fault not ours. Ive had multiple packages Ive had to resend and rebuy postage for because the employees dont know how to put in addresses or weigh things correctly. Each employee seems uninterested in their job. Im never greeted when I walk in, just sighs and eye rolls.
Maybe some of the employees should look for a new line of work! Youre wasting peoples time and money! I dread going in here every time.

I Looked Over The Fact That The Postman In The Very Back Corner Was Rude But This I Will Not Look Past Ive Been Calling Since My Kids Got There Broken Up Package In The Mail This Morning And What Kind Of People Do This To Kids On Christmas I Want My Money Back And Im Not Gonna Be Able To Find My Daughter Another Pumpkin Mug As Her Birthday Was In October This Is Absolutely Heartbreaking As A Mother To See This When You Only Want Whats Good For Youre Kid's
