        I went here to renew my registration and update my address. I gave a bill with my current address and was told it was sufficient. Once my registration was renewed and printed I was then told sorry we cant change the address without my husband present. I now have a renewed registration with all incorrect information. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

      Sierra, we appreciate your business and are truly sorry that the DMV policy on renewal of registrations could not be avoided in your situation. We live in a society where relationships are not eternal, therefore address changes can only be made with permission of all owners. This DMV policy is meant to protect all owners from being left out of the loop with changes to registrations. I hope this explanation will be enough to have you change your review since the review was based on a policy of which we have no control. I will discuss with our OMV processors to ensure that a discussion about this policy is brought to future customer's attention.
