Express OMV Office of Motor Vehicles

I wish I could give more stars!! I needed to renew my drivers license and dreaded the thought of going to the DMV! I was told about Express OMV and was there for 7:55 this morning. They opened for 8, I was back in my car by 8:15!! Ms Raynell and the other lady are soooo super nice! This is the BEST way to go for your automobile needs!!

Both ladies were extremely rude and not helpful. Did not even seem to care about getting my issue resolved. Will never go there again.

I am giving Ms. Donna five stars. She was very helpful. I came in to take care of some motor vehicle business and I was couldn't complete the transactions in a timely manner because of an issue with banking. A situation that was out of both my and Ms Donna's control. As I was on the phone with the bank, Ms Donna was continuing to check on me although she was working to assist other customers. Eventually, the matter was fixed and I was able to complete my business. Thank you Ms Donna.
