        When I first scheduled a tour with these people they asked if anything changed in my schedule to contact them to reschedule. I did just that! I rescheduled the tour to today & the lady I spoke with GLORIA had absolutely no knowledge of it. She told me she already had a tour scheduled for today. How ever, I rescheduled to today. When I told her I didn’t like how I’d have to wait behind whoever was scheduled last minute today she began to get agitated. I heard the rudeness in her tone. if I wouldn’t have hung up God knows what would’ve came out of her mouth. I told her never mind about the tour because in my opinion there’s no order or structure in the way they’re scheduling tours. She said “ you’re right” & that’s all I was able to catch before I hung up in her face. If you guys can’t handle scheduling tours I know for a fact my kid doesn’t belong here!
