Home School Cottage

Our son has been going to Home School Cottage since 2019 and has been a game changer! The change was almost instant! We have seen him grow tremendously over the years. The tutors are amazing and I really love the environment. We highly recommend!

I just love the home school cottage my daughter has been there four years she has learned so much. Im so grateful for this cottage the staff and Mrs.Pamela is the absolute best. 10|10 recommend.

Id like to start this review by saying it has taken me a few years to be able to write this and be in full confidence of what I am writing. I waited due to anger and sadness over how this school has treated my family and others I am acquainted with. I will say in full confidence I would NEVER enroll my child here if they have any of the following issues: True mental illnesses that make them stand out like Autism Anxiety Anger issues Ptsd or other symptomatic diagnoses. The elementary is ran amazingly and is the only part of the school that I one hundred percent believe helps kids that need it. The middle school and up have issues with how the teachers pin kids against each other, out the ones who have problems, praise the ones who come from money, and PUT THIER HANDS ON CHILDREN. In my experience with the school I have seen and heard the math teacher putting her hand on children and it is INFURIATING. With NO repercussions! It is OUTRAGEOUS! I have also had family members so stressed they could not continue being a part of what keeps the place running, pulling their kids out and saying nothing of the issues they encountered. I am here to put light on the places issues because it is not all perfect and nice. I do believe if you have a big name and money your child will get what they need, but otherwise stay far away from Acorns to Oaks because it is just not the place for troubled children. The school is just not equipped to deal with the children they advertise to help. Maybe for a few classes to tutor, but not full time schooling your children here. I apologize to the school for the nasty review I am leaving, but I truly believe no kids should feel worse homeschooling than they would in a public school system.

I read reviews for this place and thought there was more positive than negative so well give it a try a terrible mistake. Pam is very rude and most of her staff. I have never seen a school ran so poorly.
