They claimed they tried to get in touch with me several times to tell me that I needed to get my roof repaired or my insurance company wouldn't renew my insurance policy. I never recieved a call or email from them and I did check my junk email as well. I wasn't informed about the necessary repairs until mid June and was told my account would be flagged for non-renewal. I have since gotten a licensed roof repair man to fix the roof. I called Fassbender Insurance to see what the next step was for me to keep my insurance and they have yet to contact me back. The Fassbender Insurance Agency has made me feel like my account is not important enough to them.

I previously had coverage with another company for many years. I kept hearing many wonderful things about Fassbender Insurance and how knowlegeable they were AND they saved you money! I called the office and told them exactly the coverage I needed. They offered to take a look at my previous policy I had with the other company. Come to find out, I was not properly covered and was paying way too much! Jason was so helpful and spent time with me to accommodate my coverage needs. I HIGHLY recommend Fassbender Insurace to anyone needing any type of coverage. They have you covered in all aspects of insurance. I saved over $100 a month!! Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable!
