Ronni Maxsoe is perfectly pleasant to speak with on the phone, assuming you can ever get him to take your call. Maxsoe Insurance has been my agent through three policy terms now, and it's been my experience that he is near impossible to reach when problems arise. His voicemail is constantly full, not that he'd return your call anyway if you could leave a message. He rarely responds to emails or texts. I've been chasing him over policy issues with our provider (SageSure) for months now (current drama began 5/29/23). It was the same when issues needed addressing in a previous policy term. Short of physically going to the office in Slidell, I'm at a complete loss in terms of trying to get any communication or movement from him. I will give him credit as to getting *some* policy changes done when asked but the headache involved is nowhere near outweighed by him eventually doing the job that I've paid him for. I have no evidence of any added benefit to doing business with Ronni over any other agent. Simply put, avoid Maxsoe Insurance.
