Booked online/wife did. Arrived, dim lit, ghetto atmosphere, walked up to check in, lady walks up no shoes, bare feet, umm ok. First room she gives us no ac all controls ripped out of ac unit room 210, next door couple is fighting physically and yelling about taking too much something, screaming and yelling the whole time fighting with each other while Im requesting a different room, gives me room 208, we enter blood all over bathroom, toilet, top of toilet, bath tub js blood leaking inside in tub, and also ac cover is ripped off laying flat on floor, but it works! We stayed away from the bio material because ac is a must. Speak to janitor and she tells me no English only Indian. Head to front office and she says she speaks English tell her to clean bathroom, head back upstairs ask cleaning lady to clean bathroom blood, she just stairs at me for 10 seconds and starts mumbling stuff, she comes in and cleans all the blood. I look over balcony police cars everywhere, something going on first floor. We already paid online and cant leave, sign on glass says 15 min only money back. We are packing to leave right now, they can keep my 70 dollars for tomorrow. Not worth being here. Worst hotel I ever been in! Oh there is no lights in room or sink area, so if your a female and doing makeup, good luck with that! Horrible condition hotel and random ghetto folks walked up to us asked us whos Escalade out front is it the cops!! I never said it was mine just said I dont know and loaded my family up quickly to leave. Place is super ghetto, there was a white ford flex in front loading 5 different AR-15s also, openly loading them and tossing them in the back seat like it was going to be a shoot out, I ran inside. This was eye opening to never choose cheap over my families safety. I will never stay here ever, even if the world was ending I would take my chances under a random bridge. Rooms: No lights in room, AC cover on floor, blood all over restroom upon checking in. Safety: Man loading 5 different AR-15s in parking lot had me nerves out of my mind. We had to hide in our room due to he had random people coming by to look at the guns and selling them to really thugged out looking people. Walkability: Bad side of town, people watching you if your in a nice car, most likely get mugged if not in a group. Very ghetto area, not family friendly atmosphere. Be cautious! Noteworthy details: Guns and blood alll over this place, thugs walking up asking who drives the nice truck outside, is that the cops if it is I need to hide?? This place is the most scariest place I ever been in the US, I rather go to Compton than this place.

My Wife and I have been here for a week and will be here for another week. We have had nothing but a good experience with everything. No roaches rooms are clean and everything works in our room and the a/c is cold. The manager had no problem with moving us to another room the minute I informed her that our a/c was not working right. And something that is very important to my Wife and I is that this hotel is dog friendly. Jacoby seems like he likes this place. Rooms: We personally have no problem with the room. Comfy and quiet and clean. Nearby activities: Shopping, eating, and places to go and do something if you get bored. Safety: CCTV cameras record all activity outside the rooms covering the whole property. Walkability: Everything is very close. Food & drinks: Restaurants within 50 yards. Also gas stations and convenience stores. Noteworthy details: Animal friendly.

Terrible To the owner: my name is Adam Traugott, I was in room 106 and woke up in the middle of the night covered in bloody bed bug bites. I am now switched to room 208 and hoping to god the same thing doesn't happen again. Both rooms are disgusting and reek of cigarette smoke. This is easily the worst place I have ever stayed, and I stay plenty of cheap places. You clearly DON'T properly and thoroughly clean the rooms. Regardless of what your customers do.... People do the same everywhere, but you are not cleaning up like you should. This is horrendous. edit again: oh my GOD 208 had a toilet clogged full of feces and toilet paper, it smelled the second you walked in. This is a crazy nightmare. I am now in room 203. Noteworthy details: Absolutely disgusting AVOID
