Fidelity bank I gave them a five star! The entire staff each make the five star rating. As each staff member are more important than this. Each teller showing you why and how your needs are more important than fair. Going beyond the call of duty to make sure and show you how much they care. They welcome you with open arms treating you like family, in many business that's an experience that is rare. Michelle T. Stephens, was the Assistant Vice President who is no longer there. Michelle, represented the business with grate customer service and care! Not only did her work demonstrate Common courtesy, but genuine care. A reflection in which she left behind a taste to try out under new leadership entrusted to care. That meets you at the door with exceptional care! You are invited for her presence is still there among all the others staff whom is still there. Each staff member stands behind their title with dedication that I assure you will bring you to the conclusion Fidelity Bank, Five star rating they are more than Exceptional bring them your business you want regret it I declare !

Scott Heisler, at Fidelity Bank in Slidell, has been my personal banker for the past few years. I've really enjoyed the high level of service and commitment that Scott has demonstrated in all our dealings. Many times I've picked up the phone with a question or concern, and Scott has always handled everything with speed and good cheer. i highly recommend Scott and the whole team at Fidelity Bank.
