Capital One Bank

I've never had a bad experience with any of the bank employees. They're always pleasant and helpful. I did find myself a bit upset when the branch nearest me was closed. Then when I got over how important I thought I was and realized that the bank out of concern for its employees. They opted to close to prevent the spread of the coronavirus to its employees and their customers.. Good Job

No Spanish speakers. Rude employees. Really bad and rude customer service. If you need something, better call and dont waste your time coming to this branch.

This branch basically steals your money and expect you to be ok with it because it's "human error" according to their manager Miguel. Treat you like just another number instead of a valued customer! Closed my accounts! I do not recommend Capital One at all! Especially this location! Untrustworthy and nonchalant about money being taken from your account and mistakenly given to another customer, supposedly!

I've been to about 20 branches in my lifetime. This branch is the worst I've ever dealt with. The manager is poorly trained and has terrible people skills. The staff that have been there for a decade are not helpful and have poor customer service skills. I can't say it enough...avoid this branch if you are use to a bank that tends to your needs. In my opinion they should close this branch down.
