        The place is very clean. Our maintenance requests are addressed promptly. The manager is very nice. Protect the maintenance man at all cost: he's kind, he greets people in the AM, he respects our culture, he does a job well done, he's very fast too.

        Ive stayed here for 2 going on 3 years now, and I honestly dont have any complaints. I feel extremely safe, especially with the sheriffs department literally next door. The gate works as it should, and the office manager Karen is quick to resolve any issues or concerns. Its very quiet all in all except for the occasional children that any complex has, but the children are polite and well mannered. The maintenance staff is also very attentive to keeping the grounds clean tended to as well.

        I was only there to drop off groceries. I can say that the grounds were very nice and very clean. I did not see any trash anywhere there.
