I have never had an experienced as great as the one I have with my move-in at North ShoreMs. Dunbar was essential in my experience and I am forever grateful for her assistance! She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and answered my questions with easeshe even went above and beyond to make sure my children felt at home, thank you!

I applied to this apartment complex for a 2 bedroom and Ms. Dunbar was very helpful and she assisted me with everything I needed to do to get into these apartments. I love the Slidell area and the location is perfect for my family. Overall customer service was 10/10 you will not be disappointed:)

Let me start off by saying the reason Im giving this complex 4 stars is because of the pot holes. The customer service from the management was top tier. Mrs Dunbar was super helpful. I move in at the end of the week and I cant wait Im excited

I moved in these apartments about 2 months ago and Im very pleased with my stay so far. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but the office manager Mrs Dunbar was very nice, friendly and helpful. She ensured me that she was going to get me an apartment and she did just that. I have not had any problems and when I go to the office she is always there. I will definitely recommend these apartments. Customer service from Mrs.Dunbar was a 10/10.

Hello everybody first and foremost these apartments have potential if they were to get new management, because management that is there now sucks. Nothing gets done , the hallways are always dirty the entrance is full of potholes so watch yours tires. Management is never in the office when they are suppose to be , its always closed. The ac unit goes out constantly so I no longer touches it. There is no privacy whatsoever because the walls are very thin, so if your sitting in your living room talking they can hear you by the stairs.the floors are hollow and thin you can hear a pin drop in the apartment on top of you. The trash cans are always over flowing , Kids be smoking weed in the stairways leaving, cigar guts in front your door. People trash bags will buss open and they will leave said trash in the parking lot. If you so happen to live on the first floor please expect plumbing issues. Also expect your work orders to be on hold for months at a time. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk , do not move here, Beware , Dont do it ! Save yourself the headache.
