        The owner needs to hire better management. I placed a mobile order to pick up before school and was refused service. The manager claims that they open at 9 am. It's listed 8 am online and on the door. She also claims she didn't get any order, and when I confirmed it to be for this Subway, she didn't even bother to check their system, just told me to leave. Didn't cancel my order either, so I can't get refunded. What does a door have to do with your mobile ordering systems? This specific subway is always so lazy and flat-out rude. I suggest going to the other subway further down Greenwood Rd or another location. Any subway, but this one, honestly.

        Subway has made lunch more enjoyable. I appreciate the different selections of soup service hot and fresh daily. The smiles of the servers are very inviting and pleasant.

        Angela was great and my sandwich was perfect she does such a great job...with the employee and making sure you are treated well great job...I am back in Texas but when I come back to Shreveport I will visit this location for sure
