        Did an online order to use a coupon in the store at 7:45. Didnt leave until 8:30. They watched me sit in there and wait that whole time and didnt grab the ticket once and cleared two separate lines that formed before even thinking of the online order. Then they finally grab it and literally I gave word for word instructions and they made both sandwiches completely opposite to what was on the paper. The sandwich was soggy, not even cut and disgusting. The workers were moving in slow motion as if peoples time didnt matter. This was on 3/6 incase the manager wants to speak with them. The guy seemed stoned and incompetent. In addition they had 2 bread options??? Ive been here at other times and had a great experience but tonight was rough. Ill give it 4 stars because of the other times but this individual day was a 1 star for sure.
