My daughter lives in Nashville and was so excited to get her Mom something for Valentines day. They took her money n still no arrangement. Refund her money n count us out.

Ordered a small arrangement for my husband. I will say the arrangement was nice and delicious. I also had it delivered and the delivery did great, and was accommodating when I needed the delivery location changed. This company is receiving 1 star because I was over charged for the order and they refused to investigate and address the issue, despite me having proof. When I selected the item and placed it in my cart, it said one price and when I clicked order the confirmation showed a different price. Actually, it charged me one hundred dollars. I figured it was a glitch and would correct itself so I contacted the store the day of and they stated they only showed one order for the correct price. I contacted the store again a few days later and made them aware of the problem. They again said they didn't see the duplicate order. I offered to send the screen shots and images showing I was charged extra. They refuse to address the issue and told me to contact their corporate office. I called the corporate office 3 times and my calls were routed back to The local store number. So, that wasn't helpful. By this time, the sassy guy who answers he phone was more annoyed and still didn't offer to assist me any further, although he was the one I spoke to each time I called. I tried to submit an inquiry/issue on the corporate website and received a notification that it was sent to the local store for review. So, that was a dead end. No one from the company has reached out to me to rectify the issue. So they get 1 star for taking my money and bad customer service and lack thereof.

When I got the arrangement I received the item very late I got it at 7:52pm they also left it outside my door they didnt knock, the bucket was wet from the fruit, the fruit was not fresh at all it was warm, the chocolate on the fruit was smushed. It did not look well put together it look like somebody just threw together & did not care. I want my husbands money back cause he paid a lot for it & I will also be bringing this trash back to that place tomorrow.

Valentines Day was ruined by this company. They employee people who cant speak English. Order was never delivered and never refunded. Gf was sad and I am pissed. Never again
