        I messed up a name and sent the driver to the wrong spot. Manager Eddie called me personally and figured out my mistake for me, then delivered my flowers. I was originally an upset customer, who saw red. Eddie fixed my issue for me (I wouldve never realized). Thanks guys

        I made an order for delivery on Valentine's Day and there was an issue with the delivery that was outside of their control. The staff was friendly and quickly resolved the issue. Customer service was excellent, I would recommend ordering from here!
