        The ATMs dont work. They will swallow your money and youll have to jump through hoops to file a dang claim only for it to be denied. They dont care. Theyll treat you like a child. Go to a different location with a more professional staff

        This bank use to be my go to but I rather drive all the way to Bossier before I use this one again. The customer service is not good. They never are nice and if you ask a question or need help they act as if it's a problem.
