I was forced to move from a Capital One  branch located on North Market  ,close to my home and business,  Capital one closed this branch for reasons unknown,  Home Fed opened a new bank very close to where Capital One  closed. Home Federal was  established  as  a well organized  and complete banking service by all reviews I could uncover.  All employees are courteous and very well versed in all  banking operations .  We are pleased with the change and move to the new Home Federal bank    . I just can't say enough good things about this bank, the main branch and all three branches. The people are friendly, helpful and professional. Having been a customer for more than 30 years, I can not find one moment everyone is not pleasant and smiling. They know us by name. Go out of their way to answer any questions and help with any banking problem I might have. When I was starting another account they explained everything fully and even went over some items again. This was a different type of account for me so I wanted to be sure I understood the how and why of everything. And they were 100% effective. Thanks to all you great employees. I'm looking forward to being a customer for many more years!
