Good and clean rooms, goo's service and ok breakfast.

If I could 0 stars I would. We drove for 3 hours to get to comfort inn for my son's tournament. We got to the hotel just to be told, "The manager didn't call you? Our dryer stopped working and we can't reserve any rooms." " I have your cancellation number here." The receptionist was as nonchalant as they come. She didn't try to offer any recommendations to other hotels, no apology nothing. I asked to speak to the manager...still nothing! Let me mention no manager called me or anything of the such to inform me of the dryer situation.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast bar was great. Rooms are ok, clean The pool was outside our room, and the pump kept us up all night, we checked out early because we couldn't sleep, and there wasn't much to do.

Let me start out by saying the staff were polite and professional. Sadly, that's where it stops. I had no towels or rags in my bedroom. When I went to call the front desk, the phones didn't work. The microwave in the breakfast area didn't work and on my second day, the waffle maker was removed. The waffles are the only things worth eating! The beds are very hard and thr pillows small. I will be putting this hotel on my do not stay list with work.
