        I stayed here for business for four nights and could not get coffee for my room the whole time. They only had decaf apparently. I truly think it was the evening desk person was too lazy to go look. It normally wouldnt be an issue except I had early mornings and the cafe didnt open before I needed to leave. Also the water dispenser in the lobby was always empty and bottled water was $4. Not fancy water either, Aquafina. The TV only worked part of the time and desk person also didnt help. Very disappointed. After reading other reviews it is clear that no one cares since it is the same canned response every time from management.

        This is a GREAT location, Phil at the front desk was simply wonderful, the room was clean and updated, and I ate at the Bistro for dinner and breakfast and it was superb! I highly recommend this location for business or leisure!

        Highly recommend not staying here unless you want a dirty room and to be told one thing then actually have a completely different thing happen for late check out. Status means nothing at this location.
