Nifty Car Rental: Charged a $400 deposit and told itd be returned 7-10 days after returning the car. Returned the car in same condition I got it. Only got part of deposit back. Called seeking explanation. Was told that because I returned the car a day early, Im being charged extra (even though I was told the exact opposite when I picked up the car). They kept referring to the contract I signed so I politely asked for a copy. Was then transferred to some guy stating were really busy right now sweetie, its spring break. Lololol cant make this up.

The worst car rental experience of my life. The owner of the business, after forcing us to purchase insurance, tried to coerce us into not parking the car downtown due to the risk of theft at night. There were no issues during the rental period, although the vehicle itself was quite shabby. Upon returning the car in perfect condition and obtaining our documentation as proof, the company withheld the deposit from our bank account and despite numerous complaints, they did not release the funds until over 5 months later. Shameful treatment. Try any other car rental before this one

Excellent service. Great rates. Call and theyll pick you up at your hotel. Also DBA as ACE. Either name you wont regret it. They gave me an upgrade to an Audi. Cars tend to be high mileage but no complaints.

I rented a car on one day and had to bring it back the next day to get my money back the car was very old all the tags was expired so I bought it back the next day they charge me for that day and I waited 7 days for my refund so when I call to see when would it be back on my card they charged me for the one day and charged me 28 for gas when I never went anywhere in the car but to my house and back I put 30.00 of gas in my own car every 2 weeks and I go back and Forward almost every day they or hustlers and the girl Michelle lied and put that on the paperwork after I left must be but they don't never have to worry about me or me recommending them to any one them low down Bicthes
