My new favorite Avis location to rent in New Orleans. Never a line, never crowded. And if you do have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes, you can run upstairs to one of the shops or use the restrooms in the hotel. The lady Miss Yvette and the guy Jasper are the nicest, most patient people in the world. She has found discounts for me and given me reservations related advice that has saved me a lot of money over the years. The taxes or a little higher at this location but still way cheaper than the airport. Also I've never gotten a cleaning fee or a surprise post rental charge from Miss Yvette. I trust that she'll never mess over me or my family members for profit. And in the car rental industry, that is rare.

Booked a car, paid in advance, arrived on time and was told no car available. :-/ Come here if you want to scrue up your travel plan. Bonus: Took me forever to talk to an assistant for refund.
