If I can give zero Stars I definitely would. This is my third horrible interaction with the assistant manager by the name of Sharon. She became very irritated in one of the chastised me because I did not have a car to pay for my shipping. I came in the door 5 minutes to closing and she was pissed because she then had to open another register to accept my cash. Your store closes at 7:00 not 5 minutes to 7:00 you make those preparations after you've had your last customer. I will be following up with the district manager as well as the corporate office

If you want quality customer service, pass. If youre fine with do it yourself, youll be ok.

Horrible service, the young lady didn't know what she was doing, No one came to help either, she couldnt locate my account in the system so I had to pay more for shipping my package $62.00 my discounts were not applied and she was not knowledgeable at all. The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didnt step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. Horrible service.

This location printed a poster for a conference within an hour of me sending it, and the staff were helpful and communicative.

Horrible service. I dont even remember the names of the people who helped me out because they were extremely rude. They didnt even care to grab a box themselves. Wont be coming back
