Highly recommend coming here. The customer service is amazing, the exams were quick, efficient and not a hassle. The only problem I had was with picking out frames, since everything they had available was amazing. I highly recommend anyone to schedule their future appointments here!

Im giving it two stars because the technician who helped order the glasses was nice, but never again will I go to Americas best. They texted me saying my glasses were ready. When I went to pick it up, they were the wrong glasses. The lady told me I didnt have to do anything just pick out the glasses that I wanted so they can remake it at no cost and they should be ready in 7 to 10 days, she apologized for the inconvenience. Mind you I already waited 5 days or so for the first pair to come in. That was on Saturday. On Monday I got a call again saying my glasses were ready, I called to verify if they were somehow expedited because of their mistake, but no its the same pair. I told them they were supposed to be re made, she said ok allow 5 to 10 days. I got another call from the manager who said I would have to come in and rerun the other since I used care credit and insurance. I told her no thank you, I would come and and cancel the whole transaction and take my business elsewhere. Never again.

The staff here will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure your glasses are perfect! I had an eye exam and ordered Ray Ban sunglasses. The glasses had a wrap around style that did not work well with my prescription. After reevaluation of my rx, they gave me a free pair of glasses with my new Rx to try before ordering my new sunglasses. After confirming my prescription was correct, I was guided to the frames and lenses that would work best for my eyes. The staff could not have been more helpful! I would highly recommend!

I've been a loyal client with America's Best for a while now. This was my first time at the Algiers location and the staff was efficient friendly and resourceful! I had trouble locating my insurance before my appointment but upon arrival they had everything ready for me. Definitely will continue to do business here !

Dont do it! First the computer wasnt working then they broke my glasses Im never using americas best ever again
