The service at EYEWARES was fantastic. During my first visit I was shown an array of good looking frames of all types and assisted with making the selection. I was also assisted by Brandi who looked at my then broken frames from another vendor and proceeded to spend 45 miintes repairing them without charge. I had the same fantastic treatment on my second visit for an eye exam and frame fitting. During that visit my sunglasses which were unusable were repaired and on my head. I highly recommend this shop for eye frames and eye exams and help.

I went for an eye exam and would not go back. They have an irregular policy of charging an out of pocket fee (about $40) regardless of insurance for a basic eye exam, without any prior warning or explanation. Most other places the city do not charge this for the same services. When asked about the charge they mentioned it was specified in the paperwork you are asked to sign before the eye exam. Do not sign anything they give you without reading thoroughly/ legal consultation!

I had high expectations for Eye Wares considering the excellent reviews, but my experience left much to be desired. The location is absolutely gorgeous, but my eye exam with Dr. Agnew felt rushed and her approach seemed cold/detached. Following my exam, Dr. Agnew was sure to tell me that cheaper frames would be available soon. I didnt inquire about frame prices nor did I complain about the cost of current in-house frames. After browsing frames for approximately 20 minutes, I was asked Are you waiting on me for something? as if I hadnt been encouraged to shop around and and someone would offer style assistance soon. Id hoped to leave a better review, but I left Eye Wares feeling judged and ignored.

Great service! The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of frames.
