I waited exactly 50mins only to notice the person after me (for very obvious reasons) had started their service before me. As I walked out, all staff just stared at me. 0 for service.

amazing experience, felt taken care of with 2 margaritas and amazing nail techs. looks beautiful, highly recommend. worth the little extra coin, i feel like i have new feet rn:)

If I could provide no stars I would. I waited over an hour before being serviced on a Wednesday with only 4 other people in there to receive the worst service EVER. After waiting that hour she starts to service me then stops to check out two ppl and then fix a lady toes who came after me but had been serviced at another time prior to today's visit. Then another lady who came in after me and toe fix lady received serviced from another rep and is 3 steps into her service and I haven't even got step one completed. I was there so long I had originally wanted to do the most luxurious one for my birthday to dropping it to a deluxe and ended up only getting a color change only with no tip. If you're a tourist DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! If you're a local DO NOT GO HERE !!! save your money for a business that provided excellent customer service.
