I absolutely love Anna! She always makes my nails PERFECT. She takes her time and listens to what I want as a customer. The first time I went to them I was told to pay first (I had no problem with that since I KNOW people do walk out on nail techs). The price is higher than what I'm used to but her service is the reason I will go back. She does them perfect EVERYTIME!!!

I genuinely hope that this review helps this establishment needs improvement more integrity, compassion, and respect.
Overall experience very poor. Went in already wanting to be serviced but the two women were more interested in selling services. Was told I needed to pay first which was ok in the beginning until both women continued to repeat the statement. Sat down for the pedicure told the technician that I was in no rush and would like to soak my feet a bit longer, that was disregarded
(i literally soaked for less than 5-7mins
Even though the establishment was empty and when I walked in employees shoes were off and crossed on the furniture so they werent in a rush either.)
She did my pedicure, which was ok
(still had polish on my toes from previous set after inspecting)
then I inquired about a French manicure she then said it wouldnt look good & couldnt color match polish because of my black cuticles repeatedly
( Imagine having to correct her letting her know that I am in fact a women of color & my skin tone is definitely brown noticeably brown..)
Ive never experienced such a distasteful unknowledgeable unprofessional inconsiderate technician . Personally would not return, I pray the workers arent always this way and it was simply a bad day.

Rude astf and wanted me to pay before my services which was racist astf why would i pay you before my service get done you think ima come in here to not pay ....also they have prices hanging up in store and they dont honor them they make up prices as they go . i walked clean up out there wouldnt reccomend nobody to go here at all go sumwhere else

This is the most unprofessional, nail salon Ive ever experienced. First, they are never open on time. I tried to get serviced twice for 10:00 a.m., and they werent open. My second experience, they insist, first time patrons pay prior to receiving any service. Ive never heard of such foolishness. The straw that broke the camels back though. My daugter visited to receive a full set. For average length nails, with color acrylic this lady said $110. That is absurd. They are scamming people. There is no price list, they make up prices for each client is what it seems like to me. I do not recommend this place.
