DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I got a $400 dress dry cleaned here and they put holes in it. Would not refund me the $30 dry clean or try to mediate the situation in any way. I am absolutely devastated and will be telling everyone I know to stay away

Honestly the worst dry cleaners Ive ever been to. On Monday I specifically asked them if they could have my suit, a tie, and a few shirts dry cleaned for a job interview by Wednesday (interview was Thursday). They said yes. I showed up on Wednesday and it was closed even though their hours online say 7am-6pm. I woke up on Thursday at 7am and called, no answer. I walked there and the clothes werent ready. Thankfully I had a backup but I had to show up to an interview without a fresh suit to wear. Then I go to pay and they charge me for express rate. Unbelievable. Please consider using another dry cleaner if you care about reliability and customer service.

I complained about poor quality of cleaning of my jacket. The spots to lesser degree were still there and new ones due to pressing showed up. Rude owner accused me of trying to get a free service. Tossed $10 towards me and when I said it was $12 I paid he shouted “ Get the f... out of here”
