My wife and I were customers of Libertos for almost 20 years. No longer. Some of their employees are way out of control and scary. One even challenged me to a fight the other day. He said he didnt like my wifes and my attitudes. Because we complained they hadnt fixed a dry cleaning problem that we had brought the piece back in for them to fix and simply pressed it wrong again, and told them we couldnt identify some of the clothes they had given us to take home. We will never do business with these people again and after this incident wonder why anyone would want to.

I use this cleaner for over 5 years, until they miss placed my clothes for over a year. In didnt want to take responsibility for their mistake. In then, it happened on the day I was going on vacation. The owner Ms. Lauren was so rude about the situation. She acted as if I lost the clothes. She even threatened to donate my clothes. The crazy thing is between the 3 people I spoke with, they remember who I was. Bad business.
