We left Residence Josephine a couple months ago and found out the rent has since gone up to $3000 for our 2 bedroom apartment. With the crime in the area, the depressing eyesore right across the street, and NO BALCONY the rent should NOT be this high.

Great condominium complex! I rented it on Airbnb. However, if you attempt to use the handicap spot even if you're handicapped be prepared to be a cost said by some of the local residents. I had an individual tell me that I couldn't use the handicap spot even though I had a valid handicap placard as it was assigned. However Louisiana revised Statute States specifically that you cannot Reserve handicap parking spaces except for people who have eligible handicap placards / plates excetera excetera. If you're reading you psychotic control freak I hope you're happy you made me read up on Louisiana revised statute.
