Reply to Mgmt: The regular female security officer did an incident report as soon as she realized the package was opened and it contents were missing. She also notified the young lady who works in the front office in my presence while on speaker phone.. I was reassured that my funds would be reimbursed or my merchandise would be replaced. Evidently, my merchandise was definitely stolen you can try to deny it but everyone knows including yourself. It was delivered I have the picture to prove it. It was delivered in a sealed box on the floor in your mailroom. Fed Ex had the correct unit number a member of your staff had given it to a lady with the same name as mine in 1414 that you guys had written on the box not Fedex. 1414 returned the box opened.. I believe with all of its contents the contents went missing after these facts. The mere fact that you/ your staff handed my package to the wrong resident makes you responsible. In addition, it is in the best interest of your business to review videos after a compliant is made to ensure packages are being handled properly. By the way, I never said who I had spoken to.. in your own words you are only one member of the team. Therefore, you are in no position to deny my claims. What we all know for sure is my package was delivered and I Never received it but you did. Please stop with the b/s your rebuttals are nonsense, unethical appears scam ish & you know it. Shame on you. First: They steal parcels & open packages no one will take responsibility or reimburse lost funds yet they ask you to commit fraud tell the seller you never received the merchandise just so they can steal it again. Missing merchandise with 24 hour security unbelievable and refuses to look at camera videos to find thief/thieves maybe it is mgmt since they are so defensive (guilt) they had the audacity to blame a resident in 1414 of being the culprit .. i don't believe their claims Management Rude & Obnoxious
