Going my out of business, signs everywhere saying 50% off plus an additional 20% off lowest ticket prices, yet our total was pretty much original prices plus tax.

Very nice customer service although a little pricey

People were kinda rude, short with answers. And didn't seem to know much of what they were doing.

Lady working didn't seem to happy that she had to stop doing nothing to get a package I needed for delivery

They have a very bad choice of size 11 shoes for women. I saw 2 pair and they were both very tight and small made.

The staff was on point tonight. The young man was even able to order my shoe for me

This place is permanently closed. Drove from Ruston to check out shoes, couldn't find store. Went into Chico's and informed of closure.

Very rude management. I went in during opening and one of the poor workers didnt know how to do something because the manager was late. I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
