Joey and everyone at Star Auto went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend! Good people, fair prices and honest with what you do and dont need. They came highly recommend to me and now I am passing that forward. Our car was out of warranty but had an issue with our brakes that was complex so we got an initial quote from the manufacturer/dealer - which was astronomical! I called Joey and he assessed the situation, gave a really reasonable quote, quickly sourced the part and did an initial install. But the part wasnt functioning exactly as it should, so he quickly got a new replacement, which ended up being cheaper than the initial, and passed the savings onto me. He basically did double the labor because he wanted to make sure that it was all done correctly and saved me even more in the process. The definition of above and beyond. Its a family run establishment, too, which I always prefer to support. So, I will continue to go to Star for all my vehicle needs.

People were very kind and saw my car in a really timely manner. They were honest and rushed no parts of the process. They took my notes into consideration and found out answers to my silly question / me leaving my windshield wiper on with a bike rack (causing a continual clicking sound). Cheap cost and great service. I will be back and recommend friends :~)
