Take 5 Oil Change Corporate Office

Go in for oil change , they drain the oil then start talking prices ! A Chevy 2500 normally cost $75-$90 for oil change , they charged me $173 !!! Then while sitting in the truck , I could see them putting water in my windshield washer reservoir and squirting blue die in it ! So last night I parked on concrete and this morning when I leave I notice about 1/2 quart of oil leaked out. I take it Back to them and they blame the filters they use , ECOGUARD X2500 , they said they have several issues with those filters that corporate won’t fix . I called corporate and got answer machine! I’ll never go back there and advise nobody to use then , complete fraudulent highway robbery

I too was not filled with oil all the way as others have commented here. I have been a Take 5 customer for years through three cars and had never had any issues. After going to a different location. my car's engine completely got burned because they did not fill the oil all the way. I am BEYOND Livid. Mother and child left without a vehicle for groceries, medical appointments and back to school. After calling and alerting them the manager who did the service with the crew QUIT! That is very telling.

Rude manager. The manager left my skid plate detached, and my passenger wheel well undercarriage cover came off on the highway. It is connected to the engine underbody's cover. I will never go to this particular Take 5 again...
