Very disrespectful company had to jump through all types of hoops to get my work history I worked there a month they were leaving elderly people by themselves with their doors unlocked in the middle of the night no training if your resume looks good enough they throw you in the homes sad billing for hours when theirs no worker in the home at night but God doesnt sleep when you mess over elderly people

They promise that they can be relied on, that caregivers will not leave without a replacement, and that they will have a live schedule of shifts so that you can see that they are covered. In reality, they are unreliable. They will leave you elderly relative alone and scared for hours, and responsible for their own care. They rely on you to be available to drop anything at anytime to cover a shift they once again cannot fill. Two stars because the actual caregivers are excellent and kind. They cannot be blamed for the inability of the company to retain enough staff to fulfill what they sell, and the inability of the company to see how truly serious a situation it is that they flippantly put people in.

Eagan at home is a beautiful company to work for they love they clients an also employee if you need time off for anything they will work with you
