      image Inconsistent, unreliable and untrained caregivers, a caregiver actually walked out after being informed she would have to change a diaper. The staffing office doesnt call to let you know when a caregiver is unavailable, if they call its after the shift starts. I could go on and on. Definitely needs a complete revamp of processes and procedures.
