        I wish I could provide 0 Stars for workers and families I 100% recommend Egan At Home instead !!! So much better . Way more convenient and less stressful

        My brother and I were so fortunate to find Nola Home Care when we did. While overwhelmed with choices of how to provide the best care for our Mom, we knew her wishes were to stay at home. From the start, their care team was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate with our needs and concerns. After one call, we were able to meet with the owner (Brian) and have an assessment done. The in-home caregivers they provided were so wonderful and caring, Mom loves them. I cant recommend this company enough if you are looking for sitters for a loved one.

        NOLA @ Home Care came in and took care of my grandparents during a very difficult time in our lives, and we could not be more grateful for the wonderful care they provided. Everyone we met and spoke to treated us with the utmost respect and were beyond kind and understanding. We could not have asked for a better experience.

        They'll juice you up during the 2-3 day orientation/training , let you hear everything you wanna hear but its all about the families not the aids . Not flexible hours at all . worked there for months and never got the 12 hour shifts i constantly asked for . Not for experienced CNAs really best if u just wanna be a maid or babysitter. Pay is horrible . Staff is vague. Cut my hours and i had to call to see why no communication. The families need to be trained as well on there sick ones conditions its a stressful environment with so many rules thats pointless all about the families .

I agree that this is a very different job than CNA work at a facility or hospital. If that is what you were looking for, we could have helped you find CNA work as we have done for many others.
