Achilles CrossFit/MOVE Studio

This was a great gym to drop in for the week. Its spacious and has lots of cool features (sauna and ice bath!) The coaches were great and everyone made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend visiting Achilles if you are from out of town.

The trainers are very kind and attentive, they always take care of people so that they have correct technique, the community is very friendly, they have very good training for me, it is an excellent place if you are looking to learn and improve yourself in CrossFit

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My wife and I visit New Orleans for a long weekend. The owner and coaches were very accommodating and helped allowed us to drop in and exercise for a few days. Great community. Incredible CrossFit location! Climate controlled. Top line equipment. The front of the building has a protein and recovery smoothie shop thats as delicious and very beneficial for a quick recovery during a busy weekend. Overall amazing experience! Already have and will continue to support and recommend this gym. Thanks for everything Achilles!!
