        I just started training with Torrey 2 weeks ago, now going into my third week & Im already seeing a difference which is boosting my confidence & challenging me in so many ways. He engages in every workout & is very patient with me because I complain alot lol, however, I appreciate it.. 10/10 recommend

        Coach Torrey is that guy!! He has helped me so much real my goals. I was 314 pregnancy Im now 244 which is 6 pounds smaller than my pre pregnancy weight.(250) He will push you to your full potential, flexible and prices are great!

        Stretching session has been very beneficial aiding in my range of motion and in keeping joints loose and flexible. It has prevented sciatica from returning. Torrey is always upbeat and encourages incorporating a fitness routine.
