It is very sad that you chose to lie and mislead people.Your son was fully informed, as were you, invited over to see, given estimates in advance , and you were with him!The damage was extensive. He hit much more than a pothole. The true story may never come out. He had two bent rims, a smashed right lower control arm, bent drive axle badly jammed into the transmission misaligning the whole drivetrain, and more! We even took the time, with permission to somewhat straighten the bent cradle that needs replacement because you asked for help and could not afford the complete package. We were able to recover and make reasonably drivable and safe even though you would not allow me to complete a lot of the damage repairs that needed repair but you needed a drivable vehicle.In spite of my insistence, you insisted on paying out of pocket because of yours and your sons insurance problems, even though I told you by making a claim on this tragedy, complete repair instead of compromise would have been achievable with only your deductible cost to you. You both did not want your unaffordable insurance to price you out and cancel.You both were in total control. shame on you for punishing me for the good deeds I provided.Two weeks for this tragedy was very reasonable by the way.The truth has now set us both free.God Bless you Both. Justin, I remember your call.On the contrary sir, I percieved you to have the bad attitude from the start.Telling you I need to know what engine you have to have any hope of giving a reasonable answer is not a "bad attitude." I even told you to get the vin number from the truck and call me back. You did not and slammed the phone in my ear.I believe the whole purpose of your call based on your review and action had very little to do with the truck and more to do with a malicious attitude on your part due to your aggravation at having a problem.I was just your unfortunate victim.God Bless You.Bert

I am sorry sir but you did not tell me the whole story regarding how the vehicle got the way it was presented to me, on the phone.You suggested it was a recent failure you suspected was security related.The vehicle gets here, the right front window is bagged open, supposedly related to the problem, your son attempted to install audio equipment which is what caused the whole mess. This I acertained with my eyes and questioning you once the vehicle arrived.Human error damage to a vehicle of this type can be extensive and present many costly unkowns along the way.Had you told me about the audio system attempt being when yhe problem occurred and the window stopping at the same time during our phone contact, I certainly asked the questions, Right then and there I would not have allowed you to convince me to take it in.As you recall, I told you on that initial contact 2 weeks ago I was no longer doing that kind of work. But you said the dealer, nobody, had any interest and you still did not tell me the whole story. You should have.I am sorry you have this nightmare to deal with, but I was unintentionaly misled by you sir.I do believe it was unintentional on your part.Good luck.
