This is exactly what robbery looks like. Saturday August 5, 2022 I called S&I and asked if they were busy and had time to work on my truck, I told them the exact problem with the truck and what needed to be fixed. I had the truck delivered to them that day with hopes of having it back later that day. Boy was I wrong! Not only did I not get my truck back but they decided to run "tests" on my electrical system on my truck. I didn't get my truck back until Tuesday the next week. These crooks charged me $663.60 for labor to change the fuel pump that I told them needed to be fixed Saturday and another $220 for testing and inspection of the electrical system that worked just fine before they touched my truck. And $424.68 for a fuel pump itself. Wow! Now my A/C started to act up the day I picked up the truck and the next day I had warning lights on my dash. I called S&I to report the problems and was told they are not responsible for it because they didn't mess with any if those things. They want me to bring my truck back to them for more testing that I'm sure they will try and charge me for it. GREAT THING I RECORDED ALL OF THE CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN US. So I took my car to a shop that I've had good business with in the past, in order to find out why my brakes were getting dangerously soft. I had gotten my front brakes done with them before, and I definitely noticed a difference, but the sponginess was still there, and getting worse. I was informed it *could* be the "master cylinder & booster, or the proportion valve", which would have run me about $500 and $1500 respectively. Needless to say that had me very worried. They told me my best bet was S&I nearby because they can handle far more complicated issues, and get to the root of the problem. We arranged for that, and sure enough after a couple I got a morning call from them telling me "you need a new master cylinder and *rear* cylinder". When I realized I didn't hear "proportion valve" I breathed a sigh of relief. That same evening I was able to go pick up my car and, just as I had hoped, now I just tap the brakes lightly and I can feel them grab right away. Suhail was polite and friendly from start to finish, and I ended up paying around $590 total......FAR better than what I had feared. If I ever have another serious problem with my car, I would be happy to come back to these folks again. I even overheard him say to another customer "Bumper to bumper, whatever you need".
