Management is really bad, A/C constantly goes out, and when promised a fix, they did not deliver. Called to speak with them (I believe Tara was her name) and they were very rude and demeaning. Just making this review to let potential future residents know I recommend they find somewhere else.

FYI: I never lived here HOWEVER, when I was trying to inquire information about an apartment, Ms.Karen was very unhelpful and the tone that she used was very condescending. She also didnt clarify that she leased for multiple apartments which led to confusion and disappointment. Furthermore, while I was attempting to ask questions I felt as if she was trying to rush off of the phone and seemed uninterested in helping me. No longer interested.

They might be nice looking, but the woman I spoke with over the phone to made me have zero interest in leasing this apartment. Also, how in gods green earth do you expect the combined weight of two animals to be less than 40lbs? Youre asking $1400-$1900 a month for a mediocre property with minimal amenities.

Rent is constantly raised every lease term. The units are in poor condition.
