      image STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I applied for a rental apt at this property on 11/8. I decided to withdraw my application and pursued another apt that fit my needs better the next day, 11/9 (application had not been fully processed). I had not signed for the lease either. This company is refusing to return my $200 security deposit and an additional fee for $150 administrative fee. Payments provided with application are apparently non-refundable, including security deposit. So now I am stuck with a $350 payment for a place I didn't end up moving into. The way this was handled told me everything I needed to know about this company. Stay as far away as you can.
