I had a refrigerator in my garage that was giving me trouble, so I tried some YouTube mechanics on it with no success. Mark took the time to stay on the phone with me and walk me through everything I needed to consider, he called me back to check on if his recommendations worked or not, and said he would be happy to come by and take a look at it if it still wasnt working. Mark did all of this not because he didnt want the jobhe did it because he is a good, honest guy that wanted to help and save me a little money. There is no doubt who I will call when I have an issue.

Very knowledgeable. Honest about the problem, so we werent overcharged for a problem that wasnt worth fixing.

If your needing any kinda of appliance repair, I would highly recommend using Mark. He went above and beyond to fix my issue. He worked in an efficient and timing manner to resolve the problem I had and did an awesome job doing so.
