Terrible Experience. We had a compressor repair that was covered under warranty by manufacturer
All I was responsible for was labor.
Romeros charge me $1000 to do labor.
3 days after, new compressor went out due to restriction in copper line caused by technicians work. Romeros called me and said whirlpool would exchange my box and I would be dealing with them moving forward. What they didnt was that whirlpool would be giving a partial credit and even thought the technician didnt fix fridge, he still did the work. I was left to pay the difference of 2500 plus $1000 I already shelled out to Romeros.
The receptionist told me he even stayed on the phone and hour with whirlpool, so he deserves something. She also told me I should be lucky whirlpool is giving me an exchange.
All this when all I needed was Romeros to replace compressor that was covered under warranty.

The freezer section of our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer was not defrosting. Brock paid us a visit, diagnosed the cause, ordered the parts, came back the next week, and replaced the defroster heating element and cleaned the condenser coils. He was friendly, courteous, and thoroughly explained everything. Highly recommended!
