I train at Vida when I am I town. The atmosphere is inviting, the instruction is top notch, and the other students are respectfully and supportive of one another. It is a great place to learn, challenge yourself, and become better.

Absolutely best BJJ gym in the area. Great group of people, great environment, super well trained instructors, on and on. Came to the gym once and it was done. Drive over 30 minutes just to come to this one. Owner is great. Really, cant speak highly enough. Just join, youre wasting time thinking about it when you could be learning jiu jitsu.

Dropped in for open mat back in April.
Man this place is huge! Mats were clean and open, and provided a really awesome area for training.
The instructor for open gym was super knowledgeable and friendly.
Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely visit!
