Have had nothing but good experiences here. Brought my wifes car in for an oil change and requested the tires be rotated. They called and let me know the tires needed to be changed and they felt no need to rotate them (itd be a waste of their time and my money). I appreciated the call and honesty.

I took my 2014 Toyota Prius V in for a couple issues. One issue I had agreed to have a valve replaced that was diagnosed as the problem, but after further investigation, Robert (Mechanic) told me it was just a loose gas cap and did not charge me for the service. The other issue was a failing ABS system which after Robert diagnosed and found from Toyota that in order to have a warranty on the unit, it would be more expensive than previous quotes I received, so he recommended I go with the other shop with specialized experience in this issue and slightly cheaper. Im very happy to have worked with Robert, plan to come back, and recommend this shop to others because Robert was in a position to charge me more than he did, and he was honest about what he came across and his knowledge of each issue, what he did and didnt know, which I found to be a hallmark of honesty. - Rob M.
