        Ronnie was friendly and accommodating. He was even apologetic about how long the installation took, which was unnecessary because it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Very positive experience.

        It was dropped off at 8am for tire replacement/balance drop off. They were supposed to call when it was done and at that time let us know if the front end needed to be aligned. They did not call. I called them 6 hrs later to check the status. The tires were done and the front end needed to be aligned. I paid for the alignment and gave permission to do it over the phone. They said they would call when it was ready. They did not. I called them 2 hrs later and they said it was ready. No issues with the work, location, or physical aesthetics of the buildingjust the lack of phone calls. Tied up my vehicle all day.

        How much do I enjoy the services offered by my Firestone? I just bought lifetime alignment, rotation and balance on my brand-new car! We've been using this service for over a decade on all of our cars. While I can't vouch for the benefit scientifically, I've got a set of tires on a Jeep Wrangler with over 60k miles on them and they ride as smooth as the day we drove 'em off of Firestone's lot!
