The instructor Chris was very welcoming to me and my friends as new members and encouraged us to push through the whole session. This was my first ever yoga class and I will be returning because of the instructor

Very welcoming environment. Enjoyed the extra challenge with heat, and Chris is an excellent instructor who has an encouraging voice. Will definitely be recommending The Space to others and I'll be back!

As a complete newbie, walking in the lights were dim, it was quiet, the room was warm. I drove from ville platte so walking in after the drive was warm and welcoming. Magan was in the lobby waiting with a smile, she walked me through signing in, showing me where to keep my things. Once in the studio. She showed me where the Mats and blocks were and we were started right away. I really enjoyed my time there. I feel like Magan started at the very beginning with yoga, she paid such close attention to the hands and feet, finger and toes placements. She made sure all I was pulling the right muscles in, alignment, so so much! I feel like she gave me the perfect amount of knowledge to go home with after a first class. I don't feel overwhelmed, that it was to much, I'll never remember all that! I feel confident in myself with being able to do the homework and I'm ready for my next class!
