        Review from a yogi newbie. Zen Den is the most amazing yoga studio I have ever experienced. Emoni is exceptionally warm and welcoming EACH time I take a class. From the very first class I took I felt super empowered and educated with the poses. I went into this studio without knowing a single transition but felt supported and not at all judged. Beyond her amazing teaching style the studio is cute as can be! Clean, private, and relaxing. 10/10! Look no further guys Zen Den is a fab experience.

        I love the vibes here. Always feel positive, refreshed and welcomed. The meditation class is amazing. The slow flow is the perfect break and stretch during the week. I have done hot power yoga once and its not too challenging and you feel powerful afterwards. I really enjoyed the sculpt class and had a great workout. Would recommend to anyone, they have it all.
